Job Responsibilities
- Develop human capital strategy including talent, leadership development performance management and rewards strategies to ena4e the overall business strategy
- Ensure that the HR strategy is cascaded down 10 various HR units
- Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up to date and are in line with evolving business mandate arid objectives
- Actively manages and oversees the implementation of all strategic business initiatives to build a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Ensure all business Managers are equipped with requisite management arci performance coaching skills
- Provide input in the annual business planning meetings
- Liase with HR Managers to develop specific policies and procedures in relation to their respective areas
- Coordinate implementation of all HR policies and provides a dear line of sight between HR priorities and business goals
- Conducts regular performance reviews
- Knowledge of a relevant HR legislation and policies
- Strong understanding of leading HR practices and industry trends
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- A deep understanding of the operations, activities and functions of a manufacturing company
- Business acumen and excellent communication skills
- A Postgraduate degree in HR
- A Master’s degree is an added advantage
- Membership of the Nigerian institute of Human Resource Professionals is required
- At least 15 years’ experience in HR, with at least 10 years at executive level
Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities
- Provide manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to request
- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Submit reports on performance and progress
- Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with establish policies and procedures.
- Create and revise system and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record - keeping system, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques

Job Title: Production Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate production schedule and implement adjustment where needed
- Prepare orders, set quality standards and estimate timescales and costs
- Manage human and material resources to meet production targets
- Give daily and monthly production reports with suuggestions for improvements as necessary
- Manage production budgets and implement cost control programs
- Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management
- Ensure reduction in material wastage(raw material, consumables and packaging)
- Ensure production practices conform to GMP, HACCP and other requirements of food safety and quality legislation
- Make decisions about equipments use, maintenance, modification and procurement
- Implement Standard Operating Procedures(SOP) for production operations and ensure strict adherence
- Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures
- Implement and enforce quality controland tracking programs to meet quality objectives

Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and implementing plant improvement and expansion
- Prepare report, analyze data and make recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems
- Implement approved preventive and predictive maintenance plans and programs to ensure the availability, reliability, efficiency equipment
- Plan and coordinate production engineering processes on daily basis to produce high quality products and reduce wastage
- Applying proper supervisory skills and team management in achieving all deliverables
- Contribute to the development of maintenance policies, strategies, plans and programs
- Establish and maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking work orders, spare parts and maintenance history of plant
- Providing training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals
- Relevant Manufacturing Engineering Degree is preferred, or HND
- 5+ years experience in maintenance management role
- Completed a fully indentured apprenticeship with a mechanical/electrical/electronic discipline
- Understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planing (APQP), lean manufacturing
- Experience of management Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities for maintenance
- Understanding of manufacturing and procurement/supply chain
- Strong knowledge of engineering concepts including electrical , hydraulic and mechanical systems
- Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications and schematics
- Extensive plant level experience with significant proven man management experience
- Environmental/Industrial analysis
- Experienced in equipment repairs and maintenance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organizational, prioritization and follow up skills
- Effective inter-personal and written skills
- Electrical, plumbing, management, maintenance, welding and carpentry skills
