It has a chequered history of being a company with close attention to relationships, having started operations as a direct motor insurance company. Soon the relationship developed to a stage where it has established a deep relationship with the brokers’ network in Nigeria, enjoying 80% of its current business from this source.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Location: Lagos
Who You’ll Work With:
- Insurance Advisors will join our office in VI Lagos to work in units spear headed by a Manager.
- What You’ll Do:
- You’ll work in teams playing an active role in all aspects of the client engagement with the intent of making the best possible sale.
- You’ll be expected to meet set sales target within the set time frame
- You’ll gain new skills and build on the strengths you bring to the firm. Insurance Advisors receive frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues and Managers.
- You’ll identify and make presentation to companies and their staff.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated aptitude for Sales and Marketing
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Ability to communicate ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing
- Willingness to travel
