Job Title: Ticketing Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Review visas and other travel necessities
- Resolve issues and emergencies
- Maintain accurate records
- Able to write ticket.
- Book tickets for travel
- Book reservations for lodging
- Handle deposits and payments for bookings
- Stay within the client’s budget
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel.
- OND / B.Sc in any field or in Hospitality
- 2 to 3 years work experience
- Understanding hospitality
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
