- The Executive Assistant will provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner for the CEO.
Functions of the Role
- Make travel arrangements
- Take dictation and minutes
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Devise and maintain office filing system
- Conduct research and compile relevant data
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
Requirements
- B.Sc in any related field
- 2 – 3 years previous experience as an Executive assistant
